Return Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind, the prescription may have changed or an error may have occurred. We will do our best to work with you in any situation to resolve your concerns.
Unopened, complete, sealed Contact Lens boxes without writing or markings may be returned for a credit card refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns must arrive in original, saleable condition, packaged in a box and without damage.
Anything outside of this time frame or that has been opened or marked is non-refundable but depending on the circumstances may be eligible for an exchange. Please call us for more details.
Any shipping fees are non-refundable.
