Shipping Policy
At York Optometric Centre, we will ship your order using well known and reliable couriers that
allow us to track your shipment. We will do our best to ship the product within 5 business days
once the order has been completed and paid for. Sometimes lenses are on back order, the
prescription needs verification or the payment needs to be confirmed before the order can be
processed. We apologize for any delays but shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or
expenses related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We will notify you as soon as possible of
any foreseeable delays.
Once your order has been placed we will email you a receipt to confirm the details of your order
and the shipping information. Please review this information right away and notify us if there are
any issues. Once the shipment has gone out we will forward you shipment details to track your
order.
Please note that payment must be received by York Optometric Centre before an order is
processed unless otherwise agreed upon.
